I am a trained Psychotherapist, my initial Approach is Humanistic, relational and integrative, life can throw challenges at us making us feel stuck, confused, having lack of clarity and repeating the same mistake over and over again and feeling lonely. I offer a long term or short term online session in a confidential space where you pause, reflect and be truly heard, giving you space where we explored together what's troubling you. This allow you to embark on a self- discovery journey.

About me and my practice

I am a genuine, non- judgemental, empathic counsellor, it is important to develop a good therapeutic relationship with my clients to enable them to work through the issues they bring to counselling. I provide a safe and supportive environment where my clients work through their issues with me and make positive changes in their lives.
I am a member of the Associations of Christians in Counselling, I work using Churchill Framework, I work considering client's race, cultural issues.

Experience

I have years of experience working holistically in caring sector, first as Health care provider in the NHS Trust. A career change as a Counsellor, I have worked with adults, groups. I am a bereavement Volunteer with Cruse Bereavement Organisation. I have supported clients within organisation that supports Clients following Abuse.

Qualifications

Counselling Studies level 2/3 certificates
Foundation Degree (FdSc) level 5
Bereavement Counselling Training
Mental first Aid training.
